*Updated* Small double room near Stroud Green Road

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house share. It will be available from the 1st of November. The room is a small, cosy double room, with access to a separate workspace downstairs.

Downstairs is a bright lounge with a TV, sofa and double sofa bed along with a separate dining room, kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine), bathroom with bath/shower and a utility room.

The house has private front and back gardens (which are great for eating outside in summer) and is on a nice quiet road, with friendly neighbours and good transport links. It's a 5-minute walk to Crouch Hill overground and 15 to Archway and Finsbury Park tube or Upper Holloway overground. It's also 2 minutes from some of the main bus routes into and out of the centre.

You'll be moving in with the two current housemates (both women, 33 and 34) and her dog Joni, who is super friendly, although occasionally guilty of barking at the postman. We're friendly and easygoing, and looking for someone sociable to join the house!

From the 27th of March 2025, the rent will increase to £718.

When you move in, you will need to send your work contract, last three payslips, and a copy of your passport to our managing agency.

Ideal move in date is the 1st of November but negotiable!
