Double room with garden in creative flatshare

Double room available in a lovely converted terraced flat with modern décor and a bit of quirky charm. The room comes with a bed and bedframe, and I have some wardrobes and drawers that I’m happy to sell or remove if not needed. It also has a small patio door that opens out to the garden, which is great in the summer.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, creative housemates: Venetia, a violinist who’s often away touring, and Sophie, who works for a charity producing content. The flat has a shared living room, one bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a third bedroom out in the garden with its own ensuite.

There’s a spacious paved garden that’s perfect for warm days, and the location is fantastic — 5 minutes from Crouch Hill Overground, about 15 minutes to Finsbury Park station, and well connected by buses to Highgate and Archway. Parkland Walk is just around the corner, and there are plenty of cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, but usually come to around £150–200 a month. The tenancy runs until March; Sophie will be moving out then, but Venetia will be renewing for another year, so there’s flexibility if you’re looking to stay longer — that would be ideal.

I’m sadly leaving London and will really miss both the flat and the area — it’s such a lovely home in a great spot.
