Spacious double room with en-suite avaliable

Bright, spacious double room with private en-suite available in lovely 3-bed flat near Crouch End.

The room is large, very bright, and is on a separate floor to the rest of the flat which provides fantastic privacy (with space for storage on the landing). Room comes with chest of drawers and one bookcase, but I’m open to leaving other bits of furniture as well.

All three bedrooms have their own en-suite as well. The open-plan kitchen/living room is huge, airy and gets great natural light even in winter.

We’re on a quiet residential street just a 5-minute walk to Crouch End, with its many cafes, shops, and restaurants. We are also 15 minutes to Archway (northern line) and 20 minutes to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, and National Rail). There are also great bus routes directly to the city.

You’d be living with Sacha (software engineer) and Kaila (food sales). They are both friendly, considerate and sociable, but both work fairly busy hours and also value personal space. Looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going.

Move-in date: 6 March
Contract: you’ll be taking over my name on the current tenancy that runs until 6 July (but this will keep rolling once new legislation comes into effect so you can stay much longer!)
Bills: £100-150 per month (often towards lower end)
