Large Double Room with Private Bathroom.

We have a spacious double room with its own private bathroom available in our lovely, large house.

The house has plenty of shared space, including a big, comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a patio/outdoor area that's great for relaxing and hanging out when the weather is nice.

We're a friendly and sociable household and we're looking for someone who wants more than just a room — ideally someone who enjoys chatting, having a drink or meal together from time to time and generally feeling at home while still respecting everyone's own space and privacy.

The room itself is large and comfortable, and having your own private bathroom gives you plenty of independence.

We're hoping to find someone friendly, clean and considerate who would like to settle in and stay longer term, rather than somewhere just to sleep.
