Double room with bathroom in St.James Park

Hi guys,

My current flatmate is about to leave and I am seeking someone to take over his room from mid-July!

The house is located in SW1P1RR, 2 mins walking from Saint James park and station, while the room is a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom just at the end of the corridor.

The apartment is very nice, with modern furnitures
Throughout, but especially super spacious with a very big living room and open kitchen (video available upon request!)

I work in finance (classic italian cliché) so hardly ever at home during the week but I am looking for someone extremely tidy and outgoing.

Bills are quite low and there is a cleaning lady coming every Monday.
