Large Double Room in Sociable Hoxton House-sublet

Hey there!

A room has become available in our amazing Hoxton house share from 28th July (although we are flexible with the moving in date if you need a little more time after that).

The bedroom is very big with a double bed, big wardrobe, desk, and dresser. There is also plenty of space to do yoga/exercise if you are into that sort of thing.

The house is a great 4-bed terrace, very near to Shoreditch High Street/Old Street stations (5-10 mins walk to each).

There's loads of shared space, including a living room, a garden and a spacious kitchen , for all your cooking needs.

You'll be living with three guys in their late twenties/early thirties. We all get on, consider ourselves friends and find ourselves socialising both in and out of the house. We will often hang out in the living room, and throw parties/barbecues on the weekend.

The house has a weekly cleaner and every TV channel you could possible need (which is brilliant with our brand new 60inch 4k TV ;).
