The house is on Kingsland Road with excellent transport links. Hoxton overground station is three minutes walk away with direct lines north to Highbury & Islington, and south to Whitechapel, Canada Water, New Cross Gate and Clapham Junction. Old Street and Liverpool Street underground stations are both a fifteen to twenty minute walk, or a shorter bus journey or cycle away.

There is a bus stop outside the house. Direct buses go to London Bridge (20 mins), St Paul's (20 mins), Waterloo (30 mins), Angel (15 mins), and Aldgate (15 mins).

Hoxton Square and Shoreditch are five to ten minutes walk south. Dalston is fifteen minutes walk north. Brick Lane, Columbia Road, Broadway Market and London Fields are also nearby.

The other tenants are two laid-back, friendly professionals.
