The room:

The room has plenty of space and benefits from lots of light through the large windows. One of the big benefits is the amount of storage; it comes with 2 deep wardrobes, a chest of drawers and some shelves. Plus there’s plenty of room under the bed.

The flat

The ground floor flat is located in a gated entry area and looks out onto a large communal garden. It has a large living room, with sofas and a dining table, perfect for hanging out together and watching tv. Outside the back is a patio where you can have BBQs in the summer. The kitchen has all the essentials; fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine etc...

The flatmates:

2 young professionals working in the city. Heather (29) works in architecture and Jasmine (24) works in marketing. Their hobbies include running, yoga, rock climbing, cooking, baking, socialising and visiting art galleries.

They are looking for a flatmate who is social, tidy and fun to hang out with.

The location:

The flat is well located. Great for nightlife with bars in Shoreditch/hoxton square a 10 minute walk away.

It is a short walk from hoxton high street which has a market on the Saturday and a few nice brunch spots. Shoreditch Park is also a 2 minute walk away, which is great in the summer.

There is a Tesco express, Sainsburys local and a Co-op all within a five minute walk. For a bigger shop there’s a big Tesco in Hackney and a big Sainsbury’s/Waitrose in Angel; both a 15 minute bus journey from right outside the flat.

Old street underground: 10 minute walk
Hoxton overground station: 10 minute walk
Regents canal: 10 minute walk
Moorgate: 15 minute walk
London Bridge: 20 mins (tube)
Angel: 15 minutes (bus from outside the flat)
London fields 15 minutes (bus from outside the flat)

Deposit is £1000

There is also a one-off fee the change the name on the contract. This is £120.
