Be settled before Christmas into this lovely lil flat, The house is a 3 bed with shared lounge and has a huge garden that is perfect for a leisurely coffee in the sun or a get together on the weekend (BBQ included). We have a fantastic landlord who is really easy to deal with and even recently refurbished our bathroom.

The room is a double with built in storage (currently unfurnished but could be furnished for you by the landlord to include bed, bedside table and maybe some drawers if required).

You will be sharing with Cass and Harley who are easy going, friendly and tidy housemates both in their 20's. I have really enjoyed living with them and am only leaving to move in with my boyfriend.

The location is great, only 10 minutes walk from Broadway Market, within a stone's throw of Haggerston Park and a short walk to London Fields, Shoreditch and Dalston. For commuters its 10 min walk to Hoxton overground station.
