Unfortunately, I've had to leave the UK due to the Covid-19 outbreak and won't be able to return this year, so I'm looking for someone to take over my contract that will run until the end of October 2020. There's a possibility of extending the contract. Location is amazing, price extremely reasonable and you'll have the biggest and best room in the flat. Please note that this is not an illegal subletting situation. I'm looking for someone to legally take over my contract, which means your deposit will be in a protected deposit scheme.

The housemates are 3 women all in their 20s (one student and two professionals).
