Two large rooms & a single room available in Hoxto

Hello,
We're looking to fill our soon to be empty rooms. (Everyone is leaving due to the changes coronavirus has bought along)

The first room is very large as its a former living room (so you have private access to your own garden)
It's available from July

Two of the rooms are available earlier if needed :)

Second room is also a great size with plenty of space!!

And the third is small but with a double bed and it's overall pretty cute, also cheap!

Looking for people who are tidy/considerate, who don't mind occasionally socializing lol

The bills come to around £70-100 extra per month max (all depending on the season)
