Generous sized unfurnished double room for rent in a 3 bedroom flat just next to Haggersron Park which is a lovely place to chill out in the summer. It’s a great location just down the road from broadway market with its independent restaurants and shops.

Transport wise the flat is easily accessible from both Hoxton and Haggerston station on the Overground and about a 20 minute walk to Bethnal Green station. You can walk to the City of London in 30 minutes or jump on the bus.
2 of us will be moving out of the flat with one housemate staying. It’s a nice quiet and clean flat with a communal living room and decent sized kitchen for socialising. It also has a nice little balcony looking over the canal that’s accessible via the lounge.

The room it’s self is a good sized double, most of the furniture is mine so will be going with me when I move. However there is a decent built in wardrobe and chest of drawers in one corner which will stay. It’s plenty of room for storage!
