I am looking to sublet my lovely double room in Hoxton for the month of January.
House is a two storey maisonette with shared large living room and separate kitchen, upstairs bathroom and extra downstairs toilet as well as a large garden.
All my stuff will be moved out of the room so it will be completely free to use. Includes double bed and wardrobe.
The area is brilliant, short walking distance from Shoreditch, Haggerston and Dalston where you can find lots of nice restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the canal which will lead you on to London Fields and Hackney for food markets on the weekend and walks in the park!
Housemates are all professionals working in fashion, finance and the charity sector. Mostly keep busy during the week and chill at the weekend. This is definitely a place to relax not to party but everyone is friendly and socialable.
