Looking for someone to take over my rent for a single en-suite room in a shared student apartment at Urbanest Hoxton.
The tenancy ends 1 September 2020 but can be extended.

The room is located on the first floor. It has a long hallway, single bed, a desk, shelves, cupboard space and a nice en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen and living area is shared but it is very large, with plenty of storage space, fridge, oven, microwave and induction stove.

Amenities in the building include: cafe/restaurant, 24 hour security, gym room, private study rooms, laundry room, rubbish disposal, common area with tv and two rooftop deck areas.

There is a Tescos Express right under the building and an Asian supermarket across the road. Sainburys is also a short walk away. The Old Street underground station is a 7-10min walk away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are also around that area.
