This is a student apartment, so ALL of the tenants are student. You MUST be a STUDENT (can from any institution around the world) to take over this studio

The neighborhood is safe and energetic with tons of young people working at the old street area. Location is convenient. Plenty of decent Cofee, bars, restaurants and other shopping places (M&S, Co-op etc) located within 10 minutes of walking, mainly served for people working at the old street area.
