Sadly our roomate is moving out to go living with his girlfriend, so we are looking for a new flatmate!

The house is in great location: in the heart of Hoxton near Shoreditch park and Regent's Canal. 10 min walk to Hoxton overground station, 10 min walk to Old street station, 20 min walk to Liverpool Street station. Ideal for who wants to walk to work. 10 min to Shorditch area with all the pubs, restaurants and clubs.

The house is on a quiet road, it has both a front and back garden. At the ground floor there is the lobby, the kitchen, the living room and a small bathroom. The kitchen was renewed 2 years ago and it's perfect for who likes to cook. The living room is the heart of the house with a lot of sun coming trough the big windows that open on the back garden. There is plenty of space if you need to work from home.
At the first floor there are the bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Your room is on the back garden and very quiet and sunny.
The room is a double: double bed, big wardrobes and a desk.

The rent is £450 a month but you will pay the bills (electricity, water, council tax, broadband and tv license) for the house. Rent and the expenses will add up to be around £700-750 a month. The gas will be shared (£10 a month).

We are Jordan, 26 male IT from France, and Aude, 28 web designer from France. We are quite friendly and active!
