Location: Hoxton/ Shoreditch, very close to Shoreditch park and Regent’s canal, 12-minute walk to Old Street underground station, 15-minute beautiful stroll to Angel along the canal, 15-minute walk to the bars of Shoreditch, 18-minute walk to Hoxton overground station. Broadway Market and Victoria Park are also a lovely stroll away along the canal. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk, with the 76, 141 and 21 services running regularly. 40 minutes to London Paddington.

The flat: the flat is on the 4th (top) floor of a modern apartment building. It has a balcony running the length of the flat, so every bedroom has sunlight, air and a view. The balcony is accessed from the living room, where it opens up into a mini courtyard, which is perfect for hosting dinners outside in the summer 🙂
The flat is airy in summer, and warm in winter, with underfloor heating. It’s great for working from home.

The room: Double room, furnished including 2x wardrobes & drawers. Ensuite with toilet, sink, shower - there is a bathtub in the main bathroom. Big windows. The double desk set up is owned by the current tenants, who are open to selling on to the new tenants if desired!

Your housemates: you’ll be living with Ruth and Brenton. We both work for nonprofits in the area and are relaxed, considerate, sociable housemates. We work from the office most of the time and both have live-out partners. We are very relaxed about sharing our food, and will often have house dinners with friends. We are both vegetarian, but do not need you to be.
