We live on an historic cobbled street neighbouring the former Power Station come National Centre for Circus Arts. The cafes, restaurants, shops and bars of the Shoreditch triangle on the doorstep and an easy walk or cycle to Regents Canal, Hackney, Dalston, Clerkenwell , Upper Street, Bethnal Green or the City. Nearby green spaces include Shoreditch Park, Rosemary Gardens, London Fields and Victoria Park.
House
The house is in a purpose built, 2009 private development that encompasses the original façade of a former Truman's Ales pub. A beautiful three bedroom, duplex split-level apartment with private ground floor entrance. Over 1,000 sq. Ft of contemporary living space with a large, bright, open plan kitchen & living room with direct access to a private decked terrace and timber flooring throughout. This is the perfect space for a flat share; living/dining on ground floor; Bedrooms and bathrooms on lower ground floor with a modern spiral staircase interlinking the two floors.

Shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail, mirror, toilet. You'll share the bathroom one other person.
Me
I'm an easy going Australian working in project management in Holborn. Travel the country occasionally for work. Travel the globe for family in Colorado and Australia. Sociable and house trained to a reasonable standard, with references to back up my claims. Generally fairly busy with work and social life but still like to relax at home either hanging with flatmates or chilling. I'm looking for easy going people to join the flat.
Landlord
We're renting directly through a private landlord, I've been here for 5.5 years and I have a good working relationship with him. Any delay to getting a resolution has been due to the availability of the relevant trade rather than the landlord not approving the works. We've coordinated the trades for any repairs required and I'm happy to continue doing that.
Rent
Rent is payable monthly, direct to the landlord.

Work out to be approximately £135 per person per month based on 3 of us in the flat.
