BILLS

All bills are included in the room fee except for the cleaner. The tenants hire a cleaner that comes 3 hours once a week at £45 per visit. She does an amazing job and can be trusted. The rent is £1000 for the room and £200 aprox for the bills. Total £1200

Nearest station is Old Street. Hoxton is also near by. Liverpool Street is about 15 min walk. . Bus 394 (to Angel) stops right outside the flat door. There are many Santander cycle decks in the street and area.
Shoreditch park is 2 minutes walk from the property. There is a leisure centre offering a lot of indoors sports/activities. In Hoxton Street (2 min walk) there is a street market and many shops (iceland, Lidl, Poundland, etc) There are organic shops and vegetarian/vegan restaurants near by, a Curzon Cinema and nice local pubs. Trendy Shoreditch vibe :)

FLATMATES

They are quiet and very good. Excelent tenants. Great neighbours. Young professionals.

The landlady is cool and caring. Will look after tenants well and make sure they are happy. She is a member of the Landlord National Association and has been renting properties for the last 16 years.

Our caretaker lives in the same block so if something needs fixing he is always near to help.

PETS
We are animal lovers in the flat but unfortunately, there is a cat allergy. Dogs or other pets are fine

The room will be removed from spareroom once the deposit has been paid.
