Description
We are looking for a friendly professional to join our flat-share in Hoxton. We have 2 rooms for you to choose from, as our housemates had to make a sudden return to Australia due to COVID.
We are situated in between OLD ST station (5mins walk) and Hoxton Overground (5mins walk) on the cycle highway which connects Hackney to Central. 15-minute cycle to Bank, Waterloo, Tower Bridge etc. We’re right on the edge of Shoreditch… 2 mins walk to Shoreditch Park & Regents Canal.
All amenities; Tesco, Sainsbury, Organic Grocer, Poundland etc are within a 5 min walk along with plenty of hipster cafes.
Our beautiful flat has 3-bedrooms, with a bright & spacious living room, that doubles as a home theatre when we whip out the projector. A modern bathroom (with bath tub) and separate toilet, outdoor patio entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor setting and shed for bicycles or bits and bobs. The flat also boasts central heating and has a separate washer and tumble dryer.
Sadly our previous long-term housemates had to dash back to Australia. We are looking to replace them with clean, considerate, social flat-mates who are looking for more of a home than a flat-share. You will be living with myself; Claudia. I am in my early 30’s, I work shift work so there won’t be any fighting for the bathroom in the morning. I usually enjoy playing sport, travelling and a sociable drink… pre-covid. Now I am enjoying cooking up a storm. Hoping to get back to normal, or the new normal very soon.
Both of the rooms come furnished, with ample wardrobe space. Both are available immediately!
Rent for each of the rooms is £800 PCM + bills – Council tax, Gas & electricity, sky (internet) approx: £40 per month. Security deposit is £992
Minimum term 3 months. The current lease is due to run out in August. However, I am wanting to stay on for another 12-months lease & have already began discussing this with the landlord. If the new tenants are also looking for somewhere for the next 12-months then perhaps we could sign onto a new lease for 12 months prior to August.
