Double Room In A Friendly Flat!! :)

Hi there, in this crazy times there is a room to be filled in the middle of Hoxton.

The flat is split between 2 floors. There is a big kitchen with living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The flat is located not even 5 minutes from Hoxton station, so zone 1. Area is full of shops, bars, pubs (which you could enjoy after covid madness) . There is 5 minutes walk to Regents Canal and around 20 minutes walk to Victoria Park from there. Broadway Market, Hoxton Market and Columbia Road flower market are just around the corner.

You would be sharing with Kat - 29yo NHS paediatric physiotherapist who likes photography, cooking and walking around London doing her 10000 steps daily when she has time and weather is fine.

Large size double bedroom coming with double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a space to put your furniture!! - £550

The bills are usually around £100pp.

Looking for somebody in their late 20s/early 30s, somebody who is chilled, respectful and tidy. This is not a party house but I would love somebody share glass of wine with or occasionally cook together.
