Cosy double room with private balcony

Hi,
I am looking for a new house mate to join our lovely flat to replace me. The room is in a 4 bedded flat in Hoxton. It is a double room with a huge balcony attached. The room is on a rolling contract so it is really flexible and you aren't tied into anything :)

About the location -

The flat is really conveniently located. We are 10 minutes from Old Street station and 5 minutes from Hoxton overground. Shoreditch, Hoxton, Dlaston and Hackney are all in walking distance with an abundance of bars and restaurants :) The rent is really cheap considering how central the location is.

About the flat -

The balcony is big and is attached to the double room. it is currently being used as a workout space by me and as storage space for my bike, but in the summer months there is plenty of room for plants and a table and chairs. so you can have friends over and chill on the balcony etc. The room comes with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is space for a small desk and chair for those who need to work from home. There is 1 shared bathroom and a shared kitchen with plenty of storage space. There is also an big attic for additional storage space if needed.

About the housemates -

You will be living with 3 young working professionals. Jess is from New Zealand and works in graphic design. Fernanda is from Mexico and she is an intern at a photography studio in shoreditch and Andrew works in Software Engineering. All the guys are really friendly and super chilled. We also like to keep the place clean and tidy.

Bills usually come to around £55
