Newly renovated flat by Old Street / Shoreditch. Quiet block (with lift): double glazing and high ceilings so warm and relaxing. Comes furnished by those clever people at IKEA.

Bad news: no living room, but this is a social flat in a super social area so isn’t the end of the world!

Better news: No agency fees as I’m a friendly private landlord!

Great news: Ezra, Izzy and Manon are absolutely great (creative, friendly professionals) flatmates! They’re looking for a tidy fourth who wants to call the flat home for a while :) We’re also super LGBTQ+ friendly, and have lightning fast fibre internet!

Other news: bills extra, standard contract, deposit is one month’s rent!
