Sadly our housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone as equally delightful to join us in our Hoxton home.
We are renting a spacious double bedroom in a comfortable flat with two other housemates (one male and one female, both professionals aged 35 and 28).

There are lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, as well as access to the vast array of businesses and amenities Shoreditch and Hoxton have to offer. We are a short walk away from Old Street tube station and a bus stop with excellent links to the rest of the city, and Hoxton and Haggerston overground stations are also close by.

- Rent covers all bills, including high-speed wifi.
- The bedroom comes with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
- The flat has an open-plan kitchen and dining room area, and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
- Our roof terrace is accessible via a ladder and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine with a book :)

We're looking for a kind, friendly, clean and tidy flatmate who works full time and is happy to share our communal living spaces.


The room is available from the 17th of April.
