I am looking for a tenant for my beautiful flat in Hoxton near Shoreditch and Islington.

The flat is in a Georgian building with floor to ceiling sash windows which flood the property with light, together with impressively high ceilings of almost 3 metres which give the flat an airy and spacious feel. Other period features include decorative recessed storage and a fireplace (sadly not a working one though!).

The flat has a high spec bathroom which was recently fully renovated with decorative LED lighting. The kitchen is equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

It is very conveniently located, around the corner from Pitfield Street with its many charming brunch/lunch options, the loveliest pub the George and Vulture which makes the wonderful pizza, and the Hoxton Curzon cinema which shows interesting arthouse and international films as well as the more mainstream, and offers enjoyable atmosphere and food/drinks. Although the immediate area feels peaceful and residential, the centre of Shoreditch is very close where interesting restaurants and bars may be found. Additionally Upper Street in Islington can be reached by a pleasant walk along the canal and has many charming pubs and lovely places to eat or shop, whilst heading East along the canal will bring you to Broadway Market with street food and farmer’s market style offerings on Saturday.

There is a lovely shop a few doors down which sells fresh vegetables and other groceries, with a Tesco and Sainsbury’s and a sizeable Waitrose also easily accessible.

The flat is walking distance or a very quick and easy bus into the City.

Transport links are excellent from Old Street Station or from the bus stop around the corner which is serviced by buses going south through the City or north into Islington or Hackney. Transport links out of London are also good due to the proximity of Liverpool Street and King’s Cross Stations.
