Our housemate is moving out and we need someone to sublet the room. The house is also on the market (ie the landlord is selling) so we need someone who is flexible with a month to month contract. We are looking for 1 new professional to join our lovely flat ASAP. We have one room in a brilliantly located 4 bed maisonette flat in Hoxton. Move in date is from the 9th Jan. Give us a short introduction of yourself if you're interested.

About the room = £500 (we'll need this deposit to secure the room for you to take over from January).

This furnished room is very spacious with a single bed, chest of drawers, large beautiful windows. It's south facing so you can expect loads of sunlight and warmth during the cold winter months.

About the housemates -

You will be living with 3working professionals. One of them works in the restaurant sector, one has their own business, and the other is an estate agent. Everyone is really friendly and super chilled. We have a weekly cleaning rota to ensure the communal areas are kept clean.

The flat:
- Kitchen space with a dining table
- Washer machine & Dishwasher
- Four bedrooms, no living room
- Giant attic for storage
- One shared bathroom with a rain shower and toilet

The location:
- 10 mins from Old Street underground
- 5 mins from Hoxton overground
- Shoreditch, Angel, and Dalston are all in walking distance
- Sainsbury's and Tesco within a 5 min walk of the flat
- Close to the canals and Shoreditch Park, Haggerston Park, London Fields, and Victoria Park.

The tenancy:
- Bills are about £90 per month for council tax, internet, electricity/gas, and water. We don't pay for a TV licence.
- This is a sublet on a month to month contract
