I’m sociable and enjoy sharing a glass of wine and good conversation, but I also appreciate personal space and quiet time. The ideal flatmate would be clean, considerate, and open-minded. During the week I am quite chilled... cooking, reading, watching tv and tend to go out with friends over the weekend.

The property is spacious and in a quiet location, but within minutes of public transport.
Flat:
Bedroom - double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of draws, full length mirror.
En-suite - walk-in shower, toilet, sink
Living room - double sofa, swivel chair, large coffee table, extendable dining table (currently used as a desk), HD TV
Kitchen - fully equipped, includes a small dining table
Terrace - south/west facing with a table and couple of chairs for drinks/food when the weather permits
Bicycle Storage - There is secured room in the building (not in the flat) where bikes can be kept.
No parking
Location:
The flat is conveniently located for access to local amenities and transport links with Old Street, The City and Dalston Junction.
Hoxton and Haggerston Overground Stations both around 7 min walk.
Kingslan Road with lots of buses (149, 243, 242 and 394) 3/4 min walk.
Broadway Market and Columbia Market are 10/15 min walk
To the South is The City of London again easy walk (25 min) and to the North is trendy Dalston (25 min).
The local areas of Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Hoxton offer a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars, and night life
