Double Room in Hoxton (8 min from Old St station)

this is a double room in a flat with one other flatmate (me). there is a separate kitchen + well sized living room as well as 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. there is lots of storage space around the house and we have access to the roof which has a gorgeous view of london.

i have been living here for q year and a half and have found the neighbourhood super safe and amazing.

the room is quite spacious and includes a double bed, desk (if you want it can be removed), and lots of storage. it is spacious - i can send a video/ more pics.

nearby:

8 min to old st station (northern line);
15 min to shoreditch;
15 min to angel;
5 min from the canal.

we are super close to hoxton market, dalston, haggerston etc.

supermarkets nearby: aldi, tesco, iceland, sainsbury, coop

i am 23 years old, portuguese but have been living in london for about 2 years. I have worked at Universal Music and am about to change to Hypebeast. Im a pretty chilled person, love going to the pub, museums, etc.

the person moving in would ideally be also a professional, keen to go out, similar interests and not too serious.

i can do viewings anytime and will also want to have a little chat to make sure we fit each others vibe.
