1 double bedroom available in a Flat share with cats, available on a full week let but open to Monday-Friday lets. The room has a built in wardrobe, lots of storage and comes fully furnished. It’s East facing and gets a lot of light in the morning. Shared living room and separate bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and toilet with balcony.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a purpose built block of flats with no lifts.

All bills included, including broadband, council tax (Band B) and water. TV license not included as there is no TV in the flat.

The flat has been partially redecorated, newly painted walls and ceilings, new doors and new flooring in 2021 - 2022.

The area is really lively and well connected, 12 minute walk to Old Street underground station (Northern Line, Branch 1) and 10 minute walk to Hoxton overground station. 2 minute walk to bus stops that lead to Bank, Moorgate, Highbury & Islington, Tottenham, etc. Shoreditch is 15 minutes walk away, Shoreditch Park is 5 minute walk away.

Ideally looking for a flat mate that is a professional, non smoker, likes cats and will be okay with living with 2 cats. Someone that can clean up after themselves, friendly and is comfortable with a chat every now and then but is okay with living with an introvert. We can arrange for a weekly cleaning schedule between the both of us, if necessary.

A bit about myself, I work full time, sometimes work from home 2 days a week but this can vary. I'm quite chilled and quiet at times, mostly in my room with my cats or out with friends or in the gym. I do sometimes have my friends over on a weekend.
