We’re looking for a fifth flatmate to join us in a lovely double room in a five-bed flat in Hoxton.

About the room

The room is a double on the ground floor, overlooking the front garden. It comes furnished with a small double bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk.

The flat

The flat is split over two levels. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (including one en-suite) and another bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and two fridges. There’s also a washing machine in a cupboard upstairs.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a TV and two sofas, and opens onto the garden.

Rent is £840 per month, with all bills included except for the cleaner (£35 per week, split between all of us).

Location

We’re in Hoxton about a 5-minute walk from Hoxton Overground and 10–15 minutes to Haggerston. Old Street is around a 20-minute walk, and Liverpool Street about 25 minutes.

There are lots of grocery shops, great coffee spots, and good pubs nearby. We’re also close to Haggerston Park, Broadway Market, the canal, and Columbia Road.

About us

You’d be sharing with Ethan, Daniel, Jono, and Cameron (aged 25–35), working in hospitality/arts, tech, engineering, and environmental sciences.

We’re looking for a clean, easy-going woman (to keep a good balance in the flat) who enjoys a drink and a chat, hanging out in the living room or garden, and the odd house dinner or movie night. It’s not a party flat, but we’re definitely social and would love to live with someone friendly who wants to spend time together—people we can call friends, not just housemates.
