Modern Double Room w/ Ensuite available in Hoxton

I am looking for a professional to live with me in a modern apartment right next to Hoxton station. The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Rosewood complex, which is brand new and has a 24/7 concierge, gym, rooftop terrace and cinema room within the building.

The available room is fully furnished with a king size bed and bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, an ensuite and big windows which look out onto the lovely communal courtyard. The apartment is very modern and has a combined washer/dryer, two storage cupboards, and a spacious combined living/dining area with modern appliances (including a wine fridge). The flat is fully furnished and also has a nice balcony which gets a lot of sun in the summertime.

You will be sharing with me, a 31 year old professional. I work from the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week (and would be looking for a flatmate who also works from the office the majority of the week). I am very clean and tidy and live a social / active lifestyle, so would be looking to share with someone on the same page. I enjoy going to the gym, reading, cooking and spending time with friends.

The location of the flat is amazing and is a short walk to Shoreditch and the city (I walk to work everyday) but also has good transportation links (Hoxton station is a 1 minute walk away or Old Street station is a 10-15 minute walk away). There are lots of great bars and restaurants in the area and the flat is also within walking distance of Victoria Park.

Our lease terminates in July, so I am looking for someone to sign onto the new lease with me (as my current flatmate is moving out). We need to have the renewal documents signed by 25 May at the latest and the room would then be available from the end of July (although my current flatmate has some flexibility with his move out date so you could potentially move in earlier).

I am looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and respectful and has a similar lifestyle. I would love to share with a flatmate who I can have the occasional dinner or move night with but who also enjoys their own space.
