Friendly Hoxton LGBTQ+ Flatshare (Long Term)

Hey, thanks for viewing our house! :-)

I’m Nils, and I will be subletting my room for 6 months as I’m going for an extended trip to Central America!

We're a friendly LGBTQ+ house share based in a lovely spacious three-bedroom flat in Hoxton, of which one bedroom is now available.

The room itself is a double room with a desk of drawers and a spacious wardrobe.

As for us, there's Nils, who's 29, from Belgium and works in luxury goods (whose room you’ll be taking), Kyle, 26 year old corporate lawyer, and Adam, who's 35 and is a journalist. We like to think we're good fun (!) and love going out together. But we really value being clean and tidy in the house and respectful of each other.

We really value being close as a house, and we want the third housemate to ideally be a third queer friend, any gender and identity welcome of course.

We love going out to local bars, clubs and restaurants, but we are also very considerate of each other, and see our house as a sanctuary away from busy London where we can be clean and tidy.

A bit more about the flat and area: we also have a small balcony and the living area is large and south facing. There is lots of storage space, and we're a two minute walk to Shoreditch Park and the canal, great for summer, and walkable to loads of great east London parks and bars and other attractions.

As for the boring stuff, it's £750 rent per month, all included. We're fine with guests staying over if you'd like to have people over, and occasionally we have parties!

First and last month paid before moving in (so £1500 in total with last month treated as the deposit).
