From 9/2023, New Double Bed. Stroll from Hoxton

From late September/October 2025, I am looking for a student or professional to share an apartment about 10 minutes walk from Hoxton Overground and Broadway Market, 3 Minutes from Colombia Street and 20 from Liverpool Street Station. The entire apartment has been recently renovated. The spacious double bedroom (for single use) has a walk in wardrobe. We will share a kitchen / dining / living room area, as well as a spacious bathroom, which is unfortunately not ensuite. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space and neighbours.

About me: I am in my third and last (placement) year of university studying design. I was raised in Milan and moved to London three years ago. I have been working in hospitality to fund my studies. Half Italian and half British. I love travelling, good food and keep fit by walking most places and going to the gym.
