The room measures 3m18cm x 3m75cm (10’4” x 12’3”) and has plenty of storage, including a large cupboard in the hall, and comes with own bathroom. It’s £1000 per month including all bills and is available for 11.5 months only from 30th July 2026 until 15th July 2027. You’ll be sharing the open plan kitchen/diner/living room and outdoor terrace with one other 31 year old male.

The room is cool in the summer heat and warm in the winter.
