Bright room in Hoxton available 7th September

Looking for someone to take over my room, as I'm moving in with my brother. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Hoxton or Haggerston stations, or a 20 minute walk to Liverpool street station - ideal if you work in the city.
I'm moving out on the 7th of September, so the room is available room then. The existing flatmates are my friend from uni (Ben) and his brother (Kit). They are tidy and friendly and are looking for someone chill who is going to take care of the flat.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The rent is £980 + bills. The current lease ends on the 30th of September 2025, so you will have just over a year left on it if you move in in September. There is also a £50 to change the name on the lease with the lettings agency, but I'm happy to cover this.

Please note that the desk and chair are mine, so won't be there when you take over the room.

We can be pretty flexible with viewings, so let me know if you're interested. Also happy to do online viewings by video call if that's easier.
