The Room

Very comfortable double room with a built-in wardrobe and good space for a desk set up. Pictures are shown as empty (which is how it will be for you to move in). No en-suite however, you will have the main bathroom to yourself as the other bedroom has an en-suite.

The Flat

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room open onto a very spacious balcony which is great for chilling in the sun (deck chair included).

5-minute walk to Old Street (Northern Line) and Hoxton Station (Overground). Located on a very nice part of the street, with shops, cafes, a pub, and restaurants very close by.

94/100 energy rating so the flat is very cosy even in Winter. Secure bike storage downstairs as well.

About me

I’m Will, I’m 30, and work at an advertising agency in Victoria (in the office 3 days per week). I enjoy socialising with friends, but also enjoy quiet evenings playing video games and reading as well. My Girlfriend is also round most of the time as we work together and saves her a nightmare commute, however we split the bills 3 ways so hopefully this isn't an issue.

Looking for someone who is chilled out & tidy. Not looking for someone who is looking for a party flat, sorry!
