Hello ! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement at IQ Will Wyatt Court in Hoxton ZONE 1.
Its a modern student accomodation in a calm and beautiful neighbourhood ☀️ 5 min by walking 🚶♀️
📌 Location: 168 Pitfield St, London N1 6JP, United Kingdom
📅 from the 20th of July to the 28th of August. Perfect for a summer internship !
Groceries 🥑🍉🍕: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and M&S at 5min
Transport🚎: Underground > Old Street at 7min and loads of buses
- Price💰: sublet for 290£ per week (a silver ensuite normally cost 350£)
The room 🛌🚿: its in a flat with 6 roomates, shared kitchen and living room.
The roomates are very clean and friendly, you can meet a lot of people and the IQ reception is organising fun/social activities 🎉 everybody is very respectful 😇
- Ensuite (private bathroom with toilets) + Double bed
- Closet, desk, chair, lots of space
(Extra: I bought plate, mixer, bedlinen, pillows, pans blanket and everything ... to cook or sleep comfortably > value 300£, but im selling them for 150£)
