Large Double Room to sublet in lovely Hoxton Flat

Hi everyone!

We have a large double room available in our 4 bed Hoxton flat to sublet over December and January. We would ideally sublet for the entire 2 month duration but would be happy to consider shorter terms (please reach out!).

The flat is on the first floor so not too many stairs to go up and down and is split over 2 levels so it feels a bit more spacious! We have a bathroom with toilet and shower upstairs and a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and the living room has a sofa and TV.

LOCATION
The location could not be any better! Shoreditch, Dalston, Colombia Road flower market and Broadway Market are all within 15 minutes walk of the flat. A few minutes walk from Tesco Express, small Sainsbury's and Iceland. 7 minute cycle to Aldi or 10 minute cycle to big Tesco/Lidl.

Hoxton overground station – 2 minutes walk
Liverpool Street station – 20 minute walk
Old Street station – 15 minute walk
Broadway Market – 15 minute walk
Dalston – 15 minute walk

ROOM INFO / COSTS PER MONTH
All the rooms come furnished. No pets allowed sorry!

Double Room - £830 a month!

Extra costs:
Wifi is around £7 a month.
Bills not included and varies each month (~£30/m)

You’ll be living with Suha, Alex, and Polly! A mix of young professionals and a Master's of Architecture student.

We’re looking for someone to move in during the two months whilst we are travelling. Someone friendly, considerate and down-to-earth to join the flat and help make it a home over the holidays.
