Quiet and sunny room between Old Street and Angel

Room is available from around Feb 1st and is available to about end of March. Can be flexible with both dates. That is a sublet as I will be traveling around these dates. All bills and council tax are included in the rent.

Fully furnished room with great amount of sunlight. The room is in a very quiet location next to a closed street. It is located next to the canal on one side and a small park on the other side 6 mins from Old Street walking and 8 mins from Angel. There is plenty of sunlight with brand new windows and a new memory foam mattress. There is a washing machine with a dryer, The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other.

You would be provided with clean sheets, towel and can use everything in the kitchen for cooking. Feel free to use the toiletries in the bathroom as well.
