- Large shared living dining room with adjacent kitchen- includes dishwasher
- Large balcony plenty of room for plants
- Utility room with washing machine/dryer
- large hallway
- new build building with new furnishing and some furniture included just ask
- let by housing company not a private landlord do they don’t accept guarantors
- photo is from when I was in the room current housemate has changed the layout a little will add another image later

7 min walk to Hoxton overground station
10 min bus to Shoreditch and Dalston
Close to kingsland road and shopping amenities
Pure Gym close by
10 mins to Colombia Road flower market and less to broadway market perfect for summer picnics.

Utilities not included but reasonable and can discuss further when meeting.

About me:
I’m an Irish architect working locally, love the area and looking for a professional who is respectful, clean, likes to socilaise from time to time but also values personal space. Someone looking for a calm but fun place to call home. A non smoker as it’s a non smoking building.

I love to cook and share these meals, I like to host friends from time to time and explore different areas around London.
