I’m subletting my room in Hoxton for the rest of the summer and possibly until Mid November.
The room is a beautiful large double room with lots of sunlight and a great atmosphere. The apartment has two other bedrooms, a big kitchen, a living room with a lot of plants, and a bathroom, all kept clean and in good shape.
Great location near Hoxton Overground and Old Street Tube stations.
You would be sharing with two females, both very lovely and friendly.
We would be looking for a female between 35-40 (or around ) and who is considerate, clean and respectful but also up for nice chats in the kitchen.
