Looking for a chill considerate gal, gay or they who needs a temporary place to call home in a glorious shared flat in Haggerston. I will be away on a work trip so I’m looking for someone to hold down the fort.

- Communal use of all crockery, utensils and cookware in kitchen. Induction hob, air fryer and washing machine. * Please note we do NOT have a microwave, but it's easy to heat things on the stove, in the oven or airfryer.

- Sofa & projector in living room with hdmi setup for laptop streaming. House plants! Bathtub and shower with good water pressure.

- Fast Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi. We are on the first floor of a purpose built 4-storey block.

Small double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror. Above bed window overlooking the street. You are welcome to use my linens if you don't have your own :)

- The real selling point after the location. My flatmate is warm, welcoming and easygoing. She works from home most days of the week, and likes to hang out on the sofa watching TV/films in the evening. The flat is very much our safe space to unwind and find respite from the stresses of capitalism, not a party flat.

- 10 minutes walk to Haggerston Overground Station. 18 minutes walk to Old Street Station for the Underground Northern line. Loads of bus connections to central and other parts of the city. Favourite nearby places include Bread & Butter cafe, Ghost Burger, Burger and Beyond, Tây Dô, Broadway Market, Route Cafe, Columbia Road Flower Market, London Fields and we are an easy walk to Dalston, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Liverpool Street, and more.

The ideal renter will be a tidy professional who's preferably in full-time employment and not working from home, no night owls please.
