Room in Hoxton

Hello!

We’re looking for a fourth friendly flatmate to fill this cozy double room in Hoxton. There is also a huge living room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs).

You’d be sharing with 3 other people in their mid-late 20s: Austin, Jay, and Cecily.

We love hanging out together but also have busy lives and sometimes chill in our rooms as well. Also, we always like to keep our flat tidy, clean and organized, so looking for a person with the same mindset.

In terms of location, you’d be living in Zone 1 (!!), the flat is only a 10-min walk from Old Street tube station, and also walking distance to Shoreditch area. The area is full of grocery stores (3 min walk to Tesco, 10 min walk to Aldi) and cute coffee shops as well.

The utility bills are not included in the rent but the average is £85, including utility bills (gas, electricity), council tax and wifi (it is more expensive in winter, and is approximately £100).
