Double (unfurnished) bedroom available to rent in this light and spacious 2nd floor flat in Haggerston. The room is available from end of Jan/beginning of Feb (date can be discussed).

*Location*

Incredible location, the flat is walking distance to London Fields, Dalston, De Beauvoir, and Hoxton. Just a 10-minute bus ride into Shoreditch & Liverpool Street, with great transport links across London. Just a couple minutes’ walk and you’re on the Regents Canal, where you can head towards Victoria Park, or to Islington and Camden.

*The room*
The room is a double and comes unfurnished, It's super light, well insulated, with two large windows. Theres enough space for a double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe.

If you prefer more minimal in the room, you’ve also got the full length cupboard in the hallway to use , for extra storage!
*The Flat*

Firstly, the flat feels safe and secure in a friendly neighbourhood. The building is set back off from the Kingsland Road which is packed full of restaurants, bars and shops.

The Living room is huge, it has a warm homely feel with loads of natural light overlooking the tree lined rear of the building. The rear of the flat is also where you will find a small private balcony, which is your own little oasis in the city and a great place to enjoy a drink as the weather turns warmer.

Decent sized bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen also a decent size with all of the amenities you may need.

*A bit about me*

I am a 37-year-old professional, living and working in London for the past 10 years. I am friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful. I work from home usually 2 days a week, working from the living room. I work in the office the other days, and usually leave the house very early.

I’m big on fitness, so love to go to the gym or go for a run or a bike ride! When I’m not working (or working out) I like to go to the pub or out for dinner with friends, and sometimes like to host a small dinner or games night.

*What I’m looking for in a flatmate*

I would love to find a flatmate who is friendly and outgoing as well as clean and tidy. I’m looking for someone who values cleanliness and is consistent in picking up after themselves and taking care of the space in which, they live.

*The details*
You will be taking over share of the tenancy, not starting a new one. The tenancy comes to an end in June 2024, where we’ll have the choice to start a new yearly lease.
