I have a bright and spacious room available for sublet in our 2-bed flat in Hoxton from 21/01 until end of June.
The location is amazing, it's right across the street from the Columbia Flower Market in East London. Walking distance from Broadway Market, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, as well as Hoxton Station which is just 5 minutes away. And there are a ton of lovely restaurants and bars nearby.
I will be travelling about half of the time during the first half of this year. You will then have the flat to yourself. When I'm in London I'm working from the office Monday to Friday.
The room is £1200 / month, but open to renting shorter term as well for £280 / week. Utilities included.
