2.5Week Sublet At 480 Gbp - Double Room In Hoxton

Its a 2.5week sublet between the dates of 27th July and 15th Aug at 480GBP.

We have a double room available in a flat share in Old St, very near Shoreditch! We are only looking for people who are able to sublet for the full 2.5 week period.


It’s a three-bedroom flat with one man and one woman in it currently. We're open to living with a woman, a man or a non-binary person, the most important thing is that we all get on with each other.

The room and things in the flat:
- The room is a large double bed with a wardrobe and a desk. If you're working from home, it will be possible to work from there.
- Furniture in the room: double bed with mattress, desk and chair, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
- We're in Zone 1 and Old Street/Angel are the nearest tube stations.
- We have Wi-fi.
- We're on the 3rd floor of an estate, and there is no lift, so no wheelchair access unfortunately.
- Unlike a lot of flat shares we do have a living room with a nice sofa, coffee table, dining table and a projector!
- The flat has all the regular things you would expect from a flat which already has people living in it full time, like a washing machine, cooker, and potato masher.


Some details about the location:
The flat is a great location about 12 minutes walk from Old Street station and Shoreditch, 15 minutes from Angel station. There's a small park just out the front door, and a canal 3 mins walk away, and various Co-Ops and Sainsburys and others 15 mins walk away or less.
