Hi there! We are looking for a professional person/couple to rent our lovely flat very close to central London (Liverpool st/Old Street/Angel all within 30mins walking). Hoxton and Haggerston overground are 10/15mins walk. Essex road station is 10mins walk. Also 20/30 min on a bus to London Bridge or St Pauls/Holborn.

We are situated in the ‘DeBeauvoir’ neighbourhood where there are loads of options for nice coffee shops, restaurants, bars. There is also Shoreditch Park 5 mins walk away that has an amazing leisure centre for football, volleyball, gym, swimming. And Regents Canal is 3 min walking distance.

The Flat has got a big living room, separate sizeable kitchen and a sizeable bedroom. The bedroom has a big built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and ottoman for storage. The living room has huge window/doors that open out onto Juliet balcony so there is loads of light all day long and you can have a nice breeze in summer time! There is also a great view as we don’t have any buildings close to us. The bathroom has a shower/bath with great water pressure! And the flat is very energy efficient so low on utility bills. The kitchen has a gas cooker.

The rent includes service charge and council tax but other bills would be dealt with separately.

The move in date would be from 1st September.
