Small double on Hoxton Street N1

Hi,

We have a double room available from 9th July.

The rent is £750 per month with bills of around £80 per month on top.

The house is located on Hoxton Street, just 5 mins walk to Hoxton Overground, 15 mins walk to both Old Street Underground and Liverpool Street Station.

As you can see, the room is currently pink, but can be painted and changed how you like.

There is no living room, but we do have a large roomy kitchen. There is also a dog living here, a King Charles Cavalier, so you must be ok with dogs.
