Description
Hi! My name is Livi and I am looking for a new flatmate. My current flatmate is moving out as he is buying a house with his partner (not because I’m the worst).
This is a really wonderful flat (hence why I don’t want to leave). It is directly on Kinglsand Rd just up the way from Shoreditch High St, though you never feel like you’re that close to Shoreditch on this part of the road. It is quite quiet and has a really nice community surrounding it. There is an excellent coffee shop across the way and our local pub, Howl at the Moon, is a hope and a step away. There is a bus stop directly outside the flat which carries the 149, 242, 243 up to Dalston, down to London Bridge, you name it!
I am American but have been living in the UK for almost 7 years. I studied at University of St Andrews (History), and am now working and residing in London. I am quite laid back and like to sleep in on the weekends. I am an enjoyer of pubs and raving on the weekends. If you want to be my flatmate, great! If you want to be my friend and flatmate, cool! It’d be great to make a new friend but absolutely no pressure.
Moving in will require you to sign a lease with our letting agency. The lease will be for a year but there includes a break clause for 6 months which I have been assured will be honored in the case you’d like to leave after 6 months.
I have put that I’m a smoker but will never smoke inside, as we have a wonderful balcony for smoking instead! If you have a pet (dog or cat) I am open to it. I might be getting a cat before you move in.
