Student Accomodation, Urbanest Hoxton

Details: I am a student leaving London earlier than expected. This would be a student tenancy takeover, starting from April 1st at earliest (but most likely the 4th, as their policy is that move-ins occur on Thursdays) - I currently pay 314 GBP/week, but willing to negotiate, within reason, for the entirety of the remainder of the term (pro-rated of course) - until August 31st

Room: Private room within a 2-bedroom flat, on the 7th floor (top floor in building - almost no noise), good storage and underfloor heating, as well as desk space, shared kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, storage) and washroom, quiet/respectful flatmate who is also a student

Contract: There is a tenancy transfer process, from my current tenancy, which must be approved by Urbanest, and you must be a student to qualify - council tax exemption already in place/no utilities to pay for/good wifi in the building.

Traffic: 5 minutes walk to Old Street station and London College oF Fashion. 10 minutes to Guildhall School of Music & Drama. 20 minutes to get to UCL/KCL via tube.

Facilities: 24-hour reception; the building is equipped with a gym, laundry room, study room and common room, with free printers for use, and an outdoor terrace literally just outside down the hall (with fantastic views of Canary Wharf); convenient shops (Tesco right next door) and green space around (Regent's Canal is a short walk away, rather lovely!)
